Coach Jaskiewicz's Bio 

Matthew Jaskiewicz is the Director of Hockey for ICE at The Parks. That will include running all the Youth Programs, The Arlington Ice Bandits Organization as well as the Adult Learn to Play Programs. He will be in charge of growing, developing and monitoring the programs throughout the organization. Coach Jaskiewicz has a proven track record of developing players and will be a big asset in helping to continually grow hockey at ICE at The Parks.

Jaskiewicz was hired by ICE at The Parks in December of 2017. During his tenure the Ice Bandits have seen over 100 new players begin playing hockey, 25 players join Travel teams, over 35 players make their High School teams, 2 players play Junior Hockey, and 10 players play ACHA or NCAA college hockey. During those 5 seasons they have had multiple age groups take home 8 DSMHL League Championships, 3 Tournament Championships and 4 more Tournament Final appearances.

Prior to working for ICE at The Parks Jaskiewicz spent 6 seasons managing and coaching Junior Hockey. He worked as an Assistant General Manager and Assistant Coach for the Dallas Snipers of the Western States Hockey League. He then left the DFW area to move Grey Highlands, Ontario, Canada (two hours North of Toronto) to become the Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations for the Grey Highlands Hawks of the Canadian Premier Junior Hockey League. After a few months in Grey Highlands Coach Jaskiewicz resigned from the Hawks and returned to the DFW area to continue running the Snipers organization. In his 6 seasons with the Snipers and Hawks they had over 100 college commitments and pro contracts signed by players under his watch.
